magic pop card questions

so i got a lvl 24 sun staff. i notice that i can't try for any other sox wep with the same char, but i need the lvl42 sun staff now. is there a way around that? do i have to create a new char in the same account gamble with it? or do i have to sell the old staff to ncp to be able to gamble for the lvl 42 staff?

I never heard about this restriction o.O Try putting it in your pet/storage or put it on a 2nd/3rd/4th char yeah. But it should work lol

i figure out why it didn't worked. i was draging the pop card in my inventory instead of selecting it from my inventory in the pop card window.
