leveling up a guild?

How do you lvl you guild up to lvl 2. And how much does it cost? And also what is the benifit of having a higher lvl guild? Thanks

Your guild needs to have accumulated 5.4 guild points, and then you pay 3 mil to the guild master.
Benefits are mentioned in the help tool in-game (press H) Drawback is a lot fo them aren't implemented in the game yet.
