We need a easy guide to the new job conflict

What i have learned so far is very little.. Basically when you enter the game on the char selection screen there is a choice of what job to do..
Quitting your job costs 10m. If there is too many hunters or too many theifs the server balances out by only allowing you to choose the one with less depending on what ratio is set idk.
Please continue to add as i am stuck as to how we get a ranking and rest of it

I know that u get higher ranks by killing the opposing job and it won't get u any job xp.

You can get new quests after lvl 9. You promote at the thief NPC (or hunter).

you cant promote until lvl 40 from what i read on joymax website. They actually did a pretty good job of providing info on this update.
