If you mean mastery then , no .
as you will have to level a 2nd mastery sooner or later .
just keep that 9 gap as far as possible .

Alright thanks. I'm trying to do warrior rouge like catalyst does. Its just very diffucult putting points into everything

Well if you don't plan on pvping for a while you can just let rogue 'slack' a bit. Keep it at a lower level so you don't have to spend as much sp at once.

Look around these forums for guides. For example, you can get by with 1h skills for the most part if you party a lot. 2h skills aren't as needed in parties, but they are handy soloing. Axes aren't needed as much in parties either, since you'll have rogue skills.
