I believe that it will not come. This because it would totally change the gameplay and sro would be a total other game.

It's not Islam race, but Arabian.
And yes, i think it will come, in SRO or SRO2. And i also, believe Indian race will come. The logos of those 4 races were on Ksro site front page for different news sections until they changed the page design.
