I'm really feeling insecure lately, i hate myself for being fat. I dont know what to do, nobody likes me because of my weight, I have no friends at all and all I do is brag about my games collection on the internet. Perhaps some of you have advice, tips for me?

if you hate being fat why dnt you change that?
eat less eat healthier, run, life weights
no junk food or greasy shit. youll be used to your old customs so itll be hard to loss weight but in the end itll be worth it
