Of course...it is not very surprising when one can buy astral which allows one to retain it to +7 in KSRO (if i don't remember wrongly) I doubt with our current astral, anyone can make that

That item has no immortal or astral. The top two blues are int and str.

That was a drop at +13.

Oh, and it's maxed out on crit, 12.

I have seen a pic of a lvl 21 +13 shield, dont remember on what forum. I think someone from babel had it. The glow was even better than SoX.
