NPC Theives and other questions

Alright, what is the point of NPC Theives for the lower level players? I know it's to kill 1* traders, but why do theives attack every player in it's range? I have died countless times to NPC theives in 1 hit and it's getting very annoying. I can't attack anyone till level 20, but then get wtfpwned by these theives and don't even have the option to fight kill anyone. Why did Joymax leave Theives like that? It makes it very frustrating to follow a road with all these Theives out

Also, what am I to do with my excess tablets. There all mostly level 1 and want to get rid of them, so should I sell them to a NPC shop(if I even can) or try and sell them in a stall? And when is it any good to finally sell Tablets (like what lvl Tablets) in a stall?

Finally, what am I suppose to do with all my extra arrows? I have almost a whole page of arrows, all 250 in count and wonder if they should be saved to SP farm or should I sell them?

Well, about the theives, I dunno, I suppose thats just the way it is now. Soon however when Joymax updates the Trade System, they'll fix that and make it so that NPC theives can only attack traders, but god knows when that'll happen.....

About the tabs and arrows, I'd just NPC 'em all.

The job update is really cool. I have a trader on KSRO. I should give you the ID and pass and let you go check it out... You ever go on Vent lemon? Peen comes in ours all the time. You should PM me and get the information. THen when Euro starts up again, Ill let you sneak on there and check it out.
