Dead Space, Elder Scrolls: Oblivion, Red Faction, DA: Origin

Post by CrimsonNuker »

Getting one of them tomorow, which one though?

EDIT:

Dead Space, Elder Scrolls: Oblivion, and Red Faction are now 10$ @ Gamestop/EB Games

Dead space is rather hard to find used now; so I'm considering ES IV: Oblivion, or Red Faction.

Dragon Age: Origins is up for 20$, and I'm considering that too, but it's unlikely i'll get it anytime soon.

Dead space was in my opionion one of the best survival horror games of the last few years.
Sure it had it's flaws here and there, but it was a great experience overall.

I'm afraid i can't tell you any experiences with Dante's Inferno though.

I'm gonna get Dante's Inferno. Best Buy has it for 19.99$, I gotta buy it before they realize everywhere else is selling it for like 29.99-39.99$. EB Games/Gamestop has Dead Space (USED) for just under 10$

Just be mindful that Best Buy has had most of their older games at around that pricepoint. I think its their strategy at trying to get people to buy games from them again.

At times i just didnt want to play it anymore due to the tense surroundings and how scary it was :p

Lemonade came out when I read the subject.

Deadspace was revolutionary when it came out, and critically acclaimed. Dante's Inferno is a bland stripped down copy pasta.

I played Dante's Inferno. Was a pretty simple hack and slash game, nothing really fun. Didn't end up finishing it and then I sold it to EBGames =\

Dead Space, never played so I can't input my opinion, but if it's not too late, go for OBLIVION!! By far my favorite game of all time (excluding FFX), because it has SO much stuff to do. I remember my first day playing it, I literally was walking around for an hour and a half, exploring, and I just fell in love with it. There are SO many story lines, and so many quests, I feel you would get the most money out of it also.

Looking to get Dead Space myself. I wasn't really interested in Dead Space until I saw the story on Dead Space 2. Downloaded the demo for 2 and holy crap I jumped a couple times on my first play through. Creepiest parts are where it's pitch black except lights from your flashlight or in the distance and you don't hear any noise at all and then suddenly something is behind you.
