RIPE is the organ that controls ip adresses. I did not check it myself, but i have enough experience with networking to say that ^_^

Who the hell needs more than 1 character anyway, you can't play 24/7 so you still have plenty of time to stall, lets say you play 12hours a day and stall 12hours too. This game is not meant to be played by multiple characters, you are making the server full second to goldbots.

^ lawl, that guy is pretty obvious yeah. Well, to sell good stuff you have to stall long and having a 2nd char means you can stall continiously instead of having to put your items back in your storage/pet and take them out again and what not.
