ok soo. . .It turns out I downloaded the wrong version (I used the link in the posted guides) so I am re-downloading it from the ksro site. . .thing is it says. . .30 hours. . .

is there another download link for the correct version that is. . .well faster?

@JustToCallYou: You don't need to answer on the issues, which are already solved.

@IceCrash: Where else would you want us to put effort on such a thing? At ISRO, with all the bots around and the servers probably getting filled again after a while? Trust me, KSRO is currently the best SRO version available. It's just not that easy to get on it, but it's totally worth it. You can kill same and higher level uniques with your pt for example. Do you know any other official, where you can actually do that without being ksed by some high levels? Furthermore there aren't any bots, who could disturb you, while leveling. There are just not that many people in the lower levels, but if you get enough people to start there, you can easily change that and have your own pts.

@geliang1314: We are playing on 비잔틴. It's the server mentioned on the guides.

@Sangraal: You could try using a download manager for example flash get. Maybe it will be faster like that.

Edit : Trying to download the client and can't get a higher dl-speed than 10KB/s... This should take 16 hours according to what the note says... Isn't there really n other way?

Im downlaoding ksro but getting very low dl speeds, and it may end up im downloading the wrong client version, if it doesnt patch after its done i wont download it again tbh

@Hideoki If you are downloading from the main site then it should be fine and oh you should try Download Accelerator Plus it took my 2 hours to finish, IE download is really slow for that client

the isro servers will prolly get crowded after 2 weeks , if we start there.
And trying to log in for 1 hour or more i don't have time and i don't wanna it again.

Like i said, if this wont patch via the launcher ill give up with this and probs try isro. I dont really have time myself, but my bro wants to try it out, ksro movement would need atleast 5-6 more people imo for a bare minimum. The dl is strange though, one minute its around 15KB/s then its like 950KB/s lol, usually around 15 though

However, I remember having HUGE troubles getting the captcha thingy in-game to work last time. Are you guys using some kind of special tool or something? I know there are guides around there but I remember that some of them are harder than others. So yeah, it would really be nice if you guys could sum up how YOU do it!

im considering just choosing a server on isro instead, theres a few legits on azteca i heard. Its taking to long to dl, same with isro but i just think isro is going to outlast people playing on ksro.

With Isro my brother (Valkyria) and I have a problem with the log in. At Isro only 1 can log in and the other can NOT during time one is on. The second account ALWAYS gets C10 error.


And for me Isro is to nooby. Example in Pt_match "crab pt lv 23+ only" ....lol

A legit movement works if the inflow of new players is constant/high for a period of time.

The more players, the higher chances of getting people who will truly stay and get high level, that'll develop a movement into a community.

Only reason why KSRO works at a small scale is because the people who joined it did it alredy in small groups.


With all this said, PLEASE, choose a server at ISRO.

And i will definitely help everyone, who wants to give KSRO a try, when i have time. Just because it is harder to register and set up KSRO, it doesn't mean it's impossible and it's totally worth the effort. You spend like 1 or 2 days at maximum until you can play. If you have some help from people, who already play KSRO, it's actually not that hard. Don't be too scared by the registration and setting up KSRO.

You are right mate , i was able to make an acc download and get in the game in like 4 hours, so it`s not that hard.
And the sv is ok, more people = more fun . so just come all , no bots (using loaders and bots = permanent ban) and you get sos till lvl 42 i think , thats cool
Oh and 1 more thing , here there are no 12 yo turkish kids.

If u wanna go play in ISRO, forget hunting uniques at the right lvl. KSRO can offer much more fun when it comes to that. Also, it's much easier to do 5*s in KSRO than it is in ISRO.

You need to change your system locale into korean. Go to your control pannel and change the settings. Don't forget to set up a korean keyboard too. You'll need it for the image code.

you're missing the point....

80% of new players will give up after wasting, at max, 30 mins trying to make an acc/getting it all sort out... therefore, the inflow will be low.

Yeah, you have a hard time hunting uniques on isro, trading is harder, but you'll most likely have way more people.


I'm just saying that if you really wanna start a massive legit movement, do it on isro, if you wanna keep playing on a ~~70 ppl community, don't leave ksro.
