Quick Battle Arena Questions

just two questions:

-What's the minimun lv to join it?
-Are Arena accessories (those you can get with coins) tradable?

I wanna get some low lv som/sun items and create a new char so I can get coins easier for my bower, but it will only work if those sox accessories are tradable.

I think the minimum level is 20.

Arena accessories are not tratable, they are account bound. yes you can get them by coins. you can win these coins in the battle arena.

also i do believe that theres only like 10d and 11d arena accecories, but im not sure.

Access from arena are tradable, for more details you can check hotan arena item manager (near teleport)
