i need to get out of the bronze league asap.. 99% of people just turtle in their base and lose ~20 minutes later when they run out of minerals.

i've won like 17 out of my last 18.. so hopefully soon i can get promoted.

I was just on an 18 win streak in bronze, then lost to a gold, then 6 win streak. Still not out of it, and I was positive w/l before that.

Yeah, two people did that in a row, within the first 30 seconds of the game starting. It's happened to me several times. I'm not complaining cuz being in bronze is kinda boring, I either win pretty easily or lose from the lack of scouting out early rushes (latter doesn't happen often anymore since I scout a lot now).

Also the test server won't let me log in, no idea why not. So no way to see those nice new chat channels =(

*sigh* Was going to roach drop a terran player into submission, but apparently I failed to scout two starports that pumped out several banshees and raped my base.

Open spire tech zvt, it's the better tech path.

It just means get spire as your first tech building after lair and don't get roach warren. Like an opening (as in chess), that kind of "open".

It's stronger than roaches in zvt as it shuts down drops, shuts down hellion harass, and banes roll over marines. The only problem is thors, but you can out maneuver those/kill with lings/magic box.
