Isn't all life important?....If you feel only human life is important then the person who thinks that human life is insignificant have a relevant point as well. Some people have treated other human beings like those bunnies....Some people who live in harsh environments kill others to survive and to eat...and in their eyes this is completely OK. its actually sad.. to see how some human disrespect another life or another creature.. as budo said we do this on a daily base for animals but what drove me sick is that she was actually enjoying it and "deriving pleasure from it".. its quite interesting to know that all animals will never kill only for food.. meaning a lion will never kill for fun.. only when he needs to eat.. and primates including monkeys are the only creatures who killed with out a reason..and its shocking to know that animals that we treat them as less creatures than us that are made just to satisfy our needs respect the life of another creatures more than humans.. really i find my speechless how sick can people be ......

I think its a bit of a cliche to say animals only kill for food. There are many times when animals will kill a certain other animal because it doesn't like it or doesn't want to deal with it later.

as far as i remember i had this bio course going on... only primates killed for pleasure or with out a reason.. any other type of animal will kill for a reason. ill try to get you the details later because my bio teacher had all of it.. there was a study done that showed some primates killed another of its group with out any reason. but other animals will kill for a reason like food. to protect them self or maybe their group or area. maybe kill for mating. if you mean animals kill for more reasons than food then your correct but still it doesn't change the fact that they kill for a reason.
