i mean i would use the points as 1 for str and 2 for int every lvl

euro´s shouldnt be Hybrid, it will suck anyway. Shitty dmg, u totally loose the meaning of being a wizard. (That is dealing dmmg).

ye, only char that is effective when going hybrid is warlock, you will totally suck if your a hybrid wiz....imo

Don't be surprised, if you won't get into any euro pts, as they refuse you due to your low damage. At least i wouldn't accept hybrid wizards in my pts and i guess most of the experienced people wouldn't do it either.

Euro's shouldn't go hybrid because the only advantage they gain from it is the slight increase in hp. Unlike chinese, whose weapons deal both phy and mag attack damage, euro's weapons only deal either phy or mag attack damage. Not both.
