So if i am lvl 30 .. if i kill lvl 41 mobs i get most exp ? whats the meaning xD

well, if someone is plvling you, for example you are in a party with a 100 wizard, he should go kille lvl 40-44 mobs, so you get best exp, your not suppose to kill them on your own.

Solo

well around your lvl, its ussually best to fight monsters 2-3 lvls lower (or more if farming) so you get the bext xp....higher monsters give better xp, but also take a lot longer to kill, so its not worth it.
