im lvl 39 and i already 1 nuke black robbers before when i had it at +3 and im not pure int but my gear makes up for it.

btw... i noticed everytime i try to + a weapon it takes me 3 tries >.<. like 2-3 takes 3 tries 3-4 takes 3 tries and 4-5 takes 3 tries ....this is frustrating...and its not only on this weap...but on all that i've tried
