Help - I need to JailBreak my 8GB 4.1(8b117) ipod itouch

my itouch ipod was working fine, it had cydia and all that crap, but after i updated my itunes to 4.1 my cydia is also gone.

so, i need help on how i can jailbreak, as well as getting cydia back.

And in over half of them is a tutorial on how to do it. And if that doesn't work then you can come here. Not that hard to do some research yourself first.
