The Maya Server

Hey everyone,

To those living in North America.. I have a question, anyone jumped in and experienced the connection on the Maya server? Stable, works better than the rest of the servers in Korea? Or is it the same stuff?

I'm looking for feedback on that server and whether there is a legit active community there..

I haven't been on the other servers since '07 but I can say I haven't had any lag on maya.

I never have lag on whatever server I play on.. Except when my ISP is gay.

Connection is excellent for me in Maya, much better than the other servers. As for the community, its mixed. It has a strong English community, but as far as being "legit" goes, it's sort of like a mix.

server sometimes laggs,and before 2-3 weeks i had lots of dcs.....but now it ok i think ^^

it doesnt lag for me. did join it for like a week then quit Silkroad.

Well, up to now, I played since January 2006, not any server lagged for me at all. Mostly it did when my pc was to bad (eg at fw)...

Lag use to be more apparent back in the earlier days of SRO. We'd die from mobs due to lag. The game would freeze up for just a few seconds and when you started moving again you'd noticed that you have died. Server side data like the monsters would still be attacking you but you didn't know it. It could just be my machine though. Still though it was not that common.
