I don't speak whatever language that is, so what I got from it was:

He fell down the elevator, causing a huge fire to start as his little scooter thing sparked as it hit the walls while falling down the elevator shaft. The ensuing spark caught a driver's eye and caused him to run into a semi while the building went up into flames.

My thoughts exactly. Now I'm no elevator engineer, but I've been drunk plenty of times and kicked the crap out of elevators, for shits and giggles. And I can assure you that those things are insanely solid. I don't see how a electric scooter could get through it so easily, it makes it seem like aluminium foil. I call shenadigens.

This is probably the first time I can say with confident that if he died, I don't see any problem in it at all. I don't even feel sorry for him. If he is THAT stupid, he decided his own destiny.

If this did happen, then I feel sorry for the other people that were involved in it, like the lady that entered the elevator, before he rammed the doors. Or if he caused a fire, because of his stupidity, and I feel sorry for the people that were caught in the fire.
