Im getting Steal, Joymax doesnt help

I forgot the fcking answer and my account lvl 68 and have 500+ silk
So i can't make a new account, i charged a whole sh!t silks to it
but wasn't know it was necessary to know the fcking answer
Cuz at any game they send the personal information to the registered email

Just wast 20 silk today i swear i didn't buy anything i got a green thing on my item "Exchange item"

And wasting gold too (Have 400M + )

So what the big deal?
Its ain't a scam if they send my answer to my damit registered email.....

this is what happens when you dont fill out the registration forms correctly. if i remember correctly the question is something extremely simple and something only you would know like "mothers maiden name" or "hometown" or "first pets name". if you just blew the question off then thats what you get.

joymax has that question there to prevent people from stealing accounts. what if someone has access to your e-mail and requests your password. this question is your last line of defense protecting your account. thats why joymax isnt going to give it to you

I don't use those information cuz alot of my friends playing this game and know everything about me....

2nd i registered this account long time ago but had a problems so i stopped to play for like 1 year and was lvl 14 at that time
Then back again to the game

3rd I didnt know joymax is different than the other games that they send answer to register email and they don't complain they anyone can access my email
It's ridiculous that they say anyone can access my email cuz noone can do that and they know
They just need as much as money they want that's the story...

Yes a only 1 friend live besides me but we got a problem now so i doubt if he take or stealing from my account

You dont actually have to answer the question correctly. If there's Home town, ow mother's maiden name etc etc, you can make something up, and write it down somewhere, unless you can remember it.....

i think thats his problem but he didn't write it down anywhere. but it really isnt that big of a problem since you only need it for pw recovery. write your pw down somewhere or save it in your comp

why not, whats what i do. i put all my passwords in a text doc zip it up w/ pw (which is something i will never forget) and put it in a hidden folder in my documents. i also have it backed up on my laptop and a flash drive

well as long as you require a pw for the file its fine, but some ppl with low IQ put folders on their desktop and name the folder Passwords, then their whole comp gets hacked and their stuck with nothin....

yea some people are dumb like that. i go all out when it comes to security. i took my system32 files and copied them into my documents and set them to hidden as well. so if you show all the hidden files your just gonna see a bunch of useless copy pasted system files you would be searching for days through 17,000+ files and folders trying to find my pw folder (which has also been renamed to look like a system file)

my pw is mine and you cant have it

That's fine, but honestly, why the rush? I had my passwords on my desktop in an ordinary folder. It's not like anybody is going to hack me anyway, lol. Why are people so afraid of being hacked? It's not like they're gonna get into your computer as long as you're careful.

But again, I understand your thoughts, good if you want to mess around and see how secure you can get your files

OT: all i can say is that sucks for you. joymax is never going to send you the answer for your secret question and they arnt going to change it for you. just be extra careful not to get a keylogger or somthing. and dont tell anyone your pw of course

hm .. so you had a friend who had your infos about the account and now you have a "problem" and you doubt he'll be stealing it cuz of that. I on the other hand think that due to this "problem" it would be even more plausible for him to steal your account. just saying

Yes, they all send you information if you can answer the secret question.

No Company in the history of the internet has ever givien out any infomation regarding the the answer to your secret question. The only thing that joymax does differently than a majority of other companies is request your secret answer before they send out any info regarding your account. understand that this is to prevent people from stealing your info. but since you decided to blow off the secret question you're screwed. no one here can help you because we are not joymax, we have no power/authority within the company; joymax isnt going to help you because on the registration page it clearly says you will need to know your secret answer if you need to access your password; giving you any info regarding it is in violation of the privacy policy.



all you can do is try to continue to play on your new hacked account or you can create a new account, follow the instructions, and move on
