Chinese Physical damage buff for int hybrids

So, now that Goseki's proven quite conclusively that the fire dmg buff is useless for pure int nukers going ice/fire. Can it still be considered useful for int hybrids with the same build?


Lets say hybrids are upto 85% I don't want to take the case of 70:70, those guys don't really belong in the int hybrid category imo.

I'd think so. I'd probably get it.

it will have more of an effect of course.
The physical damage will be about 30% of the entire damage
