hey, this new silk item.. premium quest ticket.. does it allow you do to the premium quest an unlimited amount of time? or just once?

i think just once, so if you buy like 5 of them, each time you start the quest, one will disappear...

Maybe I read it wrong, but don't you need premium to do the quest? I thought it was like, if you have silver premium, you could still do the seeds/fruit quest. Or if you had gold and had done the quest 3 times on that ticket, it allowed you to do it once more.
For 60 silk, that would be nice to not require a premium to do the SP quest!
