I never had any hangover - doesn't matter what and how much I drink. But I've been hearing that it's best to not mix drinks up, eat some bread and drink one or two cups of water before you go to bed.

we usually drink buttermilk (called ayran here - mix water-yoghurt-salt) or turkish coffee, dunno if u can find it. both seem to work fine.

Omg when I was on an exchange project to Istanbul they wanted to shove that shit up our throats too.

That stuff is soo freakin disgusting, I really don't know how you guys keep it in. But it looks like water with yogurt in it and tastes like, like, salty watery yogurt..

it's really gross, it was like they didn't want us to drink anything else then that or bottled water, we never had coke or something..

I came back totally dehydrated since I always drink more then I eat and I hate bottled water...
