We, Joymax,
have been continuously regulating the use of illegal software of some users, in order to ensure an enjoyable gameplay environment for the users of Silkroad Online.

With the active help of our dedicated users, we have greatly improved the gameplay environment of Silkroad Online. Problems with connections have been resolved, and the number of abusive users obtaining in-game items and levelling up using illegal software has also noticeably decreased.

Of course, we are well aware of the fact that we still have a lot of things to improve on. We will continue to regulate illegal software through both technical and policy measures, and will do our best to serve the users until the day we can provide all the users of Silkroad Online with enjoyable and comfortable gaming experience.

Your support and encouragement are necessary for our efforts and resolution to come to fruition. We’d like to ask for your help in spreading the word that Silkroad Online is continuously changing for convenience of the users.
