Re: Music Volume!
40-60% is more than enough..
i never go 100%.
If i am falling in love with any song, i usually go 60-80% but no more than that..
dont want to get deaf later

Techno and stuffz - Close to 100. (W/ Metal Equalizer or Just Bass booster)
Metalz and stuffz - 60ish.
Headphones I use are the J3 from JLab.
Awesome headphones. (Once you pay for one you pretty much have a lifetime supply.)

Re: Music Volume!
My speakers don't go off a 1-100 setting nor does the percent levels give a clear description (the first 10 volume levels are basically library background noise, then it rockets exponentially.
But as a better description, I don't listen to my music loud. I have it at a level that when I'm driving or listening to music in my room, if someone walks in I can still have a conversation with them without turning it down. I work 11 hours a day in a noisy environment, the last thing I need to do after that is listen to more loud noises >_>

Re: Music Volume!
When driving i listen to the radio usualy, wont have it on to loud.
When home alone, music can go Loud if i feel like it, but if i'dd turn it up to 100 i'dd probs blow up the subwoofer or so, highest i've had it is about 70%.

Re: Music Volume!
around 50% all the time, usually under that (i listen to music all the time, and since i know our ears adapt to the volume, i try to keep it the lowest i can cause i know it'll feel just right in no time -> don't wanna go def)
BUT 75% when i'm raaaageeeiiiiiiiin'

Re: Music Volume!
I'm usually at 30%-60%. For a song I really like, I might go to 70%. But my MP3 player (yes, I'm still using a good ol' 256MB MP3 player) is capable of emitting pretty high volumes, so 35% is about normal speech volume and 100% is worse than someone screaming right into your ear D:. moreover I'm temporarily using headphones that have a hole pattern on them so people can hear what I'm listening to, thus I refrain from cranking up the volume too much.

Re: Music Volume!
Depends on the headphones
Ipod standard 100%
Ear candy 50-60% is enough

Re: Music Volume!
Youtube max and laptop 1 thingy so that's like 5? 10?%
On my phone I have it around half way cuz I won't hear it with traffic next to me otherwise.
But yeah I don't like super loud music/noise.

Props to chrisorg for the sig <3
Re: Music Volume!
lol 100% car would eventually blow the speakers and things wouldn't even sound clear. 100% ipod also sounds dumb as hell and I'd rather not kill my expensive earbuds..
50% is plenty for in ear buds, and car % changes but never goes 100 =\
100 isn't music..it's noise.

Re: Music Volume!
Sadly I listen to music pretty loud I think... Like if I'm on my computer listening to music on Grooveshark and someone talks to me I wont understand what they are saying and if they talk quietly I don't even realize they're talking.
On my mp3 player I listen to it pretty loud aswell since I usually listen to it while on the bus/street/car and all these places have annoying noises that I rather cover with my music.
I do want to start listening to it quieter because I don't want to be deaf <_<

Re: Music Volume!
When i'm listening from PC(i only listen if i'm watching a vid on YT or playing a game that has music), i only go up to 30. But when i listen with headphones from my phone, i go 60-80. But my 2 sisters go like 100 all the time, with or without headphones, in a bus or home. And they listen to hardcore.
But they live in Germany so i don't have to put up with it.

Re: Music Volume!
Headphones around 30%.
I use to play my music pretty loud as well until I got a pair of good noise canceling headphones able to recreate the same energy that you experience at higher volume levels at lower volume levels. Invest in a pair and your ears will thank you later.
