Anyone else having problems with stones?

Last night 3 Stamina stones failed, a waste of elements, so I said to myself, "I'll try again tomorrow" ... today failed again wtf??
I thought maybe that item was cursed so I tried another stone of strikes on my weapon, failed of course.

Some other guy was cussing too that 10 stones of INT failed for him.

What's up with this? :banghead:

yes, 7 of 8 8th str stones failed. The one that succeeded gave me str 1. gg

I'm having the same problem.. I made 4 stamina stones yesterday and none of them worked :| and I see people that have like 200-400HP added to each piece of equip.. T.T

On the other hand I have uber luck with INT stones, tried 2 of them.. the first added 4INT to my spear and the second 3INT to my Armor pants

Hmm... what i believe is that, if u try a couple of stones and it fails, try again another day. But if u manage to do it in 1-2 tries and got 100%.... alchemy everything that day.. lol

Im so glad that stones have a high failure rate. If everyone was totally successful with stones, then all the weaps and gears would be the same. The difficulty makes the successes sweeter.

i used to get all my stones to work, most of the time. After last week update it changed

lol.. I use to hate str stones alot on 5th degree I had these pair of boots +3 I wasted 10 stones trying to get str on them then my friend tries it twice and adds 3 str on it..lol.

Used 6 stones or something yesterday

- 1 Durability
- 2 Attack Rating
- 2 Strength
- 1 Int

Got 23% Durability or something (?), 4int on my sos footgear, and my attack rating went from 99->97.

Well, atleast 3/6 worked.

1: Fail.
2: 4->7.

Unsuccessful tries

Randomly placing a stone. Fails every time. Failed 6 stamina, 3 strength, 2 int. Could have sold for many many millions. All 8th.

Placing all stones while in one spot. After the first 1 or 2, the others all go bad. Had about 6 fire stones fail on me in a row, standing in the same place. First couple went okay.

Things that worked:

Placing 2-3 stones on a level 1 noobie account. Got 20% ice on two items, and 150 HP on another item. Haven't tried it enough to see how often it works though.

Placing a couple stones, then teleporting cities and finding a new spot. I like hotan near west gate, donwang near storage, and Jangan near budist priest. Almost seems like teleporting resets your alchemy history. Of course, this is superstition and not fact.

Giving the stone / item to someone else. However, shady people could 'keep' the 2m stone and tell you it failed. You never know, right?

Thinks that have never, ever worked

8th degree strength stones. I hate you SRO... hate you bad and I'm flying the middle finger just for youuuuuuuuuuuuu okk
