The Pics you see of the thief spawns are not individual spawns, that was what it looked like for the whole trade, the hunters got no rest and also handled several player thieves along the was as we had several 15-20 multis in the pack.
Unfourtnatly I couldnt get em all to line up for a decent pic but these should give you an idea as to the scale. Look close as almost every camel or ox had 3-5 more under it. We had about 20 hunters handleing the whole mob of thieves and only lost 3 traders all of which were ressed and finished the trade with the group. I was unable to get screenies of us hitting the Jangan gates because all the thieves whos owners had gone inside were hunting low levels so we had some cleaning up to do even after the trade was a success.

Lol, the last time anything like that occured on babel is before the nonbotters / botters hated each other so much. Now everyone is divided into small groups with grudges against most others, so nothing like that will ever occur. I miss them so much, never got to hunt before.
It actually went real well since the trade started 1 hour after my 1st Global. We organised very quickly and, due to the cooperation of all involved, had a relativly fast trade from Hotan to Jangan in about and hour and ten minutes.

If your union can escort 150 camels, horses ,and oxen all traced with 15-20% carrying 5 star loads. Level 20's trading next to level 70's aaaaaand handle all the player thieves that gathered at the ferries to stop us aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaannnnnnnnnnnd dispatch an average of 8 npc thieves non stop from Hotan to Jangan in 45 minutes.......

There was no one to rob, as it was the union of 70% of the 52+ on the server...
Now that union is over.

this union doesnt talk....at all. its kinda ridiculous
but being in the union has saved my ass multiple times when jobbing.

Chaud has it right about babel being divided into small groups like if u play on babel u end up hating about 30% or more of the server because of there drama
um.... is it just me or are there only like 3 black hand people there, and only like 7 including the union, maybe. does'nt look like a blackhand union trade to me XD

Thye trade run was hosted and hunted by BlackHand and our union. You can only see 1 or 2 BlackHand members in the pics because we were spread out. The trade caravan was quite long, nearly as long as the dead ravine, the heaad camels were leaving the ravine as the last pack was entering. The union hunters were on 1 vent channel with the union traders / spotters in another channel with me dual venting.
WE did do the trade in 2 steps Hotan to Don and Don to Jan. I stocked up with camels and pots for every type of trade animal and ended giving out over 100 camels and a few thousand pots so I felt the stop prudent so I could resupply for "pit stops" along the way. WE encountered a few player thieves (5-10) at the Dead Ravine and a bunch more at the Jangan ferries, luckily I had 20-30 64-70 hunters already there and had made arraingements with the union leaders of the other strong unions to send help if needed. It was cool to see guilds an unions who normally war each ther hunting side by side, CrazyKids healers assisting InTeNsE and Animosity Hunters. By the time we hit tiger mountian my scouts were reporting that all player thieves that had assembled at the bridges were either detagging or fleeing for their lives. The largest pocket of opposition we faced was a group of 15 or so 64+ player thieves. Fortunatly we had our bladers leading the was with nukers slightly behind. It took us about 3 seconds to dispatch the entire group.
I was very pleased that a trade this large went so well. Fast or slow organised or disorganised everyone made it. Opposing guilds were fighting side by side. Everyone involved had a fun time for a little over an hour and it provided a break from grinding.
Again thanks to all involved, you guys stuck together dispite personal differences and fought well.
