So I was lurking the off-topic section and I realized I have not created a topic here in awhile. So I thought I would nonchalantly post here and check up to see how everyone is doing. Anyone else here in their 1st year of college/uni? How are you guys liking it so far? Any epic stories, etc? So far it has been one of the top moments in my life. There is something awesome about starting something new, especially since I am in a totally different country for the next four years. I hope everyone who just started college or is continuing their studies is enjoying it as much as I am. Nothing like laying in your room while listening to Miike Snow and roaming the internet on a Sunday night haha.

Aced my first test, possibly failed my second test and probably will fail my 3rd test tomorrow, just sooo damn much materials to read through and nothing seems to stick to my head..

Yea, first year here. I kinda like it so far but, well, its kinda hard. All these Maths we learn... Anyway, I enjoy it and, as u said, not a single boring day:) Without this "uni-life" I'd feel like I missed something.
Well, gonna have like 5-6 tests in 2 weeks so I'm gonna have some "exciting" hours learning all these stuff:) But, you know, you gotta work hard for your succes.

Just don't give up:) That's how it starts. Almost all of my friends started uni now. It's the same with them and with me too...

I'm in my second year. Just finished a big presentation (powerpoint) on a Needs Assessment for disaster response. Working on an 8 page paper that is due tomorrow, only have 2 1/2 pages done so far. I also have a test tomorrow in a different class. The power went out for two hours earlier this morning because it's stormy, and that was the only break/fun I've had today.

Yesterday and Friday were good though, Sundays just suck

Not many good looking girls in engineering either =( Gotta work on talking to people living in res to find out about parties..

If all goes according to plan, I'll be graduating this coming June. Finally. But I got plans to come back - either to continue my studies or take another major. I know I'm going to take at least 1 photography class per sem after I'm done with my current major.

First year community college.. I have no stories that matters. I must say I'm tired of school even if it's practically 2 days a week. <Took classes on tues/thurs except one for m/w/f but an hour a day>

I finish my course in 2 weeks and after 2 & 1/2 years of studying, I'll have my diploma finished. You can bet your sweet ass I'm excited!

4th year in engg college, worrying about jobs, projects, marks and such but nothing overly big(for now). Man you guys studied in 1st year? for me it was like "last night fight" before all the tests/exams.

It's great, but still can't wait to finish it.
