I used it on my old P4 computer. but because I optimize my computer manually and keep running programs to a minimum it didn't help much.

Only helps if your computer is bogged down but a ton of stuff. or you need a lot of programs running but now while gaming.

Didn't help at all for me but doesn't matter since I can play most up to date games on highest graphics without lag.

it frees up 100-300mb for me depending on what I have running at the time

Its useful if u run alot of stuff on ur comp and i do, btw u might wanna click on the "configure" b4 u do on "switch to gaming mode" atleast the 1st time u use it.

interesting, win7 caches stuff in my ram like crazy (34% of 4gb), but they all seem to be necessary processes >.> i'll give it a try...

Depends, could just be false positives from your hueristics, but 10k is alot of positives, what do u have in that little box?

And yeah same for me, nvr got a virus on my laptop, can't say the same for my desktop tho, i used to download viruses on that thing just to see what happened, had a spare win xp CD so used to refresh my HD a lot haha.

Core 2 duo 2ghz, 3gig ram and some integrated 128mb vid card lol
