1: You know that TOS that you sign when you register an account, go back and read that.
2: All Ingame item belong to JM, the player have no ground to pursue anything. And you violate the TOS in the first place.
3: JM can't pursue the matter because Santa is not hacking them.
4: Bot maker can't sue because LOL you do know they take no responsibility for the use of their program right? you use a bot at your own risk.
The only thing that is court related in SRO, is JM for not taking action to prevent CCF. Any victim of CCF as a result of silk buying can take JM to court.

Botter can be sue, but not the bot company, they only produce the product, which is legal in china. Unless he is not violating any law by posting that info, which if you talk to your legal adviser they will tell you Santa is not breaking any rule. So are the Board admin and everyone else that come to that page are not liable.
