I know the feeling. Woke up at 2am one night experiencing the worst pain I have ever felt. Go to the hospital and on the drive there every little bump in the road felt like getting stabbed in the gut. Turns out my appendix ruptured overnight and I was rushed into surgery and spent a week in the hospital.

It's not THAT bad, i mean, it was a huge set up, so it's not like i did something nasty, or ridiculous, it just looks that way for whoever doesn't know the story (everyone pretty much)
