Can you make a normal wep. into a seal of star?

I hear that you can take an SOX item and use it with destory rondo or w.e and get extreme elixir then you use to make another item SOX?

nope.. they are only as a drop.. or magic pop or academy or battle arena (not sure about the last one)

You do get Adv A elixers which will add +1 to an SOX item of elixer type.

There are also Adv B which +2.

Well u can make the item equal with sos when u make it +5, som +10, sun +15 and nova +8 or something. But u can't get the glow and the additional block rate , parry rate and critical probability.
Also, it's much easier to make a sos item +3 than to add +3 to a +5 normal item.
