Hello Artists Corner!

I have been lurking the past couple days and have been really impressed with how much development many familiar names have made. I'm really happy to see so many people still active and at-it!

For those that dont know me and are like "Who's this cat?", I used to be an active member here in the AC. I think I was a mod at one point too...lol.

I just wanted to share a couple pieces from my experience here on the production side of design. (the one with a lot of rules and marketing people tearing your work apart...) These arent necessarily my best, just a good selection that I felt best portrayed what I do!

I wasn't super diligent in sizing these for web so Im just going to provide links to the images instead of mounting them here. I am marking time allocated so anyone interested in pursuing design as a career can get an idea for the pace at which I'm expected to develop media.

I look forward to hearing from all of you! Are there still any weekly/monthly events for submission in the AC?

I totally feel you about the business side of design. The first time I stepped foot into an ad firm I left with tears. Well not really but it still took time to get over the " godamnit, listen, that's not going to look good!" attitude with the clients. I don't know if I've just grown jaded but it doesn't phase me anymore when a client tears into a piece I've done for them.

Anyway, now I'm just babbling. Good to see you again and I love the "Agents in Action" one--it's neato.
