Yes. Put 'em in the foe list and you'll have to click some thingy before you can read their posts. You won't see an avatar, a sig or any retarded comment they make.

You wont even see him online lol.
You will only see a small banner (where the post supposed to be) notifying that you have blocked this user etc. (and also a link to able to see his post)
