Nuker Build

"" Hi all this is my nuker build in the Greece and Athens
server and I want to share with all.

Note: This build isn't the best build in PVP. But damage a lot.

I hope this build can be usefull
for someone. ""





3 Elements Nuker: [Fire - Lvl. 90][Light - Lvl. 90][Ice - Lvl. 60-90]-[Heuksal - Lvl. 30-60]
Notes: If do you want a PVP nuker, you should farm a lot and level up Heuksal Mastery(At least the passive skill to get extra life) more than Ice Mastery. Knock down'ing your enemys is a god way to PVP players too. In PVE, also is good get at least 3 passive lvls. of heuksal.


Gear:
Garmet: Until Hotan you can wear garmets to save 20% of mana and run 20% faster.
Armor or Protector: You should wear armor, then, with the ice masterty, you will have a balanced defence. Protector can be weared to save some mana(10%) and run 10% faster.
Note: You will ALWAYS need to do a strong alchemy to get more int, str, hp, etc. So, start making elements and stones.

Build:
Full Inttelectual: Nukes are based in magic damage. And if you want to become a nuker, you should put all your points in intellectual to get the hightest mag. ballance(arround 95-107%), the hightest mag. damage and mag. defence. But you dont will have a good defence against phy. attacks that why you should wear armor and level up heuksal passive.

Weapon:
PVE - Spear: The hightest damage will always be with a good spear. On the most of times you will need to nuke 1 time and finish the mob with shock lion(Orange Mobs). Add the 1st level of Ghost spear-Petal and combo with your imbue you can hit 5 mobs at once. Very good when you get a lot of mobs hitting you in the same time(mobbed).
PVP - Sword and shiled: You can win a PVP with a block. Also gives you more status error reduces and extra defence. But you dont will have damage as well with spear.


Skills Tree:

:: Heuksal Mastery :: PVE and PVP

-- [OPITIONAL] - At least the 1st Lvl. - Hit 5 mobs at once when you get mobbed.

-- (Passive) - [Lv3 or More] - At least Lvl. 3 to get extra 329 HP.

:: Cold Force Mastery :: Extra Defence

-- [MAX] - Max all books - Will give you a good ammount of Phy. Defence.

-- Frost nova-Wind [Lv1] - Just to open the 2nd book or you can MAX it and when get nova-Woods you can delevel.
-- Frost nova-Woods [MAX] - Freezing Prob.50% e Frostbite Prob.100% (Really usefull).
-- Frost nova-Storm [Opitional] - Stronger than nova-Wood but u will need to Max nova-Wind series.

-- Snow storm-Ice shot [Lv1] - Just to open the 2nd book - Don't waste your SP's with this skill.
-- Snow strom-Ice rain [MAX] - Good in Guild Wars/Jobs and to kill Unique Mobs - Hit a lot of Mobs at once.

-- (Passive) - [MAX] - More Phy Defence is allways good.

:: Lightning Force Mastery :: Increase Mag. Attributes

-- [MAX] - Max all books - Increase the Mag. Atack (Very important to your nukes).

-- Grass walk-Flow [MAX] - Increase Moving Speed.
-- Ghost walk-Phantom [MAX] - Very usefull in Guild Wars/PVP/RFSM (Running form stronger mobs ;] )
-- Grass walk-Speed [MAX] - Increase Moving Speed.

-- [MAX] - Max all books - And make a combo with the 2 last books tha you have to finish with your enemys.

-- [MAX] - Max all books - Increase the Parry Ratio.

-- Wolf's thunderbolt [MAX]
-- Tiger's thunderbolt [MAX]

-- (Passive) - [MAX] - Extra Parry Ratio is allways good too.

:: Fire Force Mastery :: Hightest Damages

-- [MAX] - Max all books - This imbue combinated with Piercing Force is the strongest imbue. Also add Burn status error to your enemys.

-- [MAX] - Max all books - Decrease status error time - Sword needed.(%)

-- [MAX] - Max all books - Increase the Mag. defence.

-- Flame wave-Arrow [MAX]
-- Flame wave-Burning [MAX]
-- Flame wave-Wide [MAX]

Why no weap skills? i find that impossible

reasons:

No Heuskal Mastery = No extra HP passive therefore very low hp and easy t o die

Hard to lvl. its gonna be crazy hard lvl without wolfbite, soul spear, ghost spear

Cant pvp. its hard to pvp just wit nukes...cuz nukes are too slow a full str probly 2 hit combo b4 u finish a nuke. usually try to stunn/Knock down b4 u do nukes/stab

Hey...

I have the Heuksal Mastery at Lv10.
And played until Lv30 just with 1 skill + frost of nova + shock lion...
I got Lv30 in 8 days. But with 12k sp(Lv16 farm).

When i got Lv30, i removed all weapons masterys. Now i play just with Nukes and Shock Lion.

Im in Brasil guild,, and we have 3 Nuker like this build(Lv48(me), Lv69 and lv54)...

We have only the 1st passive skill of heuksal and no more "weapons skills"

You will need a strong alchemy, get +hp and +str in your items... and like i said in the begining of this guide.. Gear = armor. Plus ice mastery,, frost of nova,, ice storm... and you can kill a frozed enemy before he hits you!

Im writing an existing build.. this isnt from my dream... our lv64 nuker can kill 2 full str in pvp. But he have good items,, and a lot of exp in pvp s...


anyway... in my opinion this is the best build for a nuker!!

hmm, i rahter get knockdown stabs instead of frost nova, i would probably get 60 heuskal too....since u can never get enough hp for a nuker. ..also sss and ghostspear is useful for pve also,


freeze/frostbite is easy to be imune to, since fire shield is a %, maxed fire shield emperoris like... 78%, so thats 78% imunity from ice aready...

Ok, I don't like this build personally, here is why:

You need spear upto lvl 60 at least for the passive. You don't have to get any spear skills but just the passive is that important for an INT to stay alive in PvP.

Ice, pretty useless in my opinion. It can be fun to play around with and the extra defense helps a little. But the nukes barely do any damage, it's pretty weak overall. And the spear passive HP addition is better than the defense you get from Ice. So just don't get it.

Yes. That why you will need to farm. And thats why i dont will level up heuksal mastery more than 20lvs.

This build isn't a professional PVP build.
But agst Mobs it is in the top strongests build.

Brasil Guild use to be in Athen, they have a branch called Silent you might want to pvp Dara and see how much you nuker her for. Also upping weapon skill doesn't make your nuke stronger, I'm amaze you play to 70 and didn't know that.

Note he say it a build for Pve i'm sure you won't want to run up to a mob to do weapon skill as an Int.

Exactly how many times does he have to say its not a good pvp build before it sinks in?

It is a good PvM build. You certainly don't need heuskal passive to survive either, but it helps.

Having heuskal skills higher does not make your nukes stronger. Where did you get that? I don't care if you are level 70 thats just wrong. It will make any heuskal attacks do more damage though.

My build is similiar:
fire 70/light 70/cold 68 (passive and defense buff only)/Heuskal 30 (passive only).

The build requires about 150k exp, about the same as any other. And as the OP said against mobs while leveling its probabaly the fastest.

Fire/light skills have the strongest imbues to all kind of chars. Not only for nukers. But.. better for INT-based chars, because this masterys are INT-based (mag. damage).
Ice imbue isn't bad, but in pvp, you can easy cure your freeze/froze status using some pills.
