Had a wolf, and I'm out amongst the Mangyangs, letting it level up. This guy is obviously botting, as he has on a thief suit and is running around killing everything in sight.. including my pet. I promptly chase him down and start laying waste to him.. someone else comes by and gives the final death blow. Did I mention he was red, too?

So anyways, feel free to smack the crap out of Nightmare of Xian.. it was spelled all "l33t" too.. but whatever.

Is my wolf permanently dead, or can I do something to bring the little booger back? I miss 'em already.

lolz i think that was a computer (NPC Thief ) either that or a crazy ass murderer wearing his thief suit.

I've seen plenty of people who can't configure the bot properly, so it ends up running all over the place, attacking anything it can click on.

Do NOT be suprised. I made a new char a babel a week or so ago, and there were atleast 7 botters, taken the same exact path, like a train, training (pun intended) on weasels and water ghosts, etc.

Am i the only person seeing the lvl 20+ botters killing mangyangs and still wearing lvl 1 armour? Well, it happens on olympus at least.

No your not. Like I have said in a previous topic. I have seen at least 20 or so botters move around like a swarm of bees. All ganging up on 1 mangyang at a time. I usually see this at 7:00 AM EST. Then later on around 8 PM EST the same bots are doing the exact same thing to water ghosts. I have noticed it on Babel, and Troy the worst. They are starting to do it on the Red Sea server now but it is usually only 2, or 3.

It seems (from what I have noticed) that no matter what level the character is when they start the game the bot still starts from the lowest level monster it comes to and works it way up. IE: If a person has a lvl 6x character, and they are in Jangan, Next time they start up the game, and start the bot it will hunt mangyang until it levels up.

After watching him in action, I can assure you it was a botter. I've seen enough in my time to be able to spot 'em very quickly.

Not to mention that as soon as he was dead, he ressed in the city, where I ran and watched him make his usual bot rounds at the shop, then run right back out & start on Mangyangs again.

Laugh all you want, but I'm telling you.. bots can be very retarded once they start going, and this guy was definitely botting.

And no, I had on no suit of any kind. I was actually testing out the wolf and having it attack mangyangs.
