My sister has got this tick that her only snack is little chocolate shells with yogurt.

im pretty sure skipping breakfast is linked to diabetes too. The extremely low glucose levels that you don't take care of, and then suddenly shoot it up to really high levels when you eat lunch - the extreme fluctuations can lead to diabetes

Taste the way breakfast for men should taste like. It's what the old spice guy eats, no lies.

No, not at all...Your body can deal with the fluctuations of BG (blood glucose) when you don't have any problems with your pancreas producing insulin; if your BG gets too low, your liver will just release stored up glucose to raise it again, and if starts to get high, your pancreas will just release insulin.

Type 2 is when the body doesn't produce enough insulin (the person introduces too much carbohydrates *which turn into glucose later on* for the body to handle), or the body is resistant to insulin (there are different degrees of resistance *which there is a test for*).

Skipping breakfast can't even be linked to type 1...so I'll just stop there.

I'm not a doctor I don't know the details. All I know is that I know someone who is in the exact situation I just described. Regardless of whose right, skipping breakfast is really a stupid idea. The sad thing is that people in 10s, 20s have very strong bodies which they seem to think will last forever. I have a friend who probably eats half his meals in a week from a fast food chain but he doesn't really get sick or get fat. The problem is that if he keeps doing this till he's like 40, hes probably get a heart attack.

And its funny because if he had the same eating habits when he's 40 or 50 as when he's 20-something, he'd probably become overweight or get a heart attack but when he's only 20-something, nothing happens. age is a funny thing
