buy bluetooth dongle.
they're quite cheap.
transfer from laptop to phone.
no softwear or cable needed.

I can put it on my phone but idk how to change the voicemail, and either way, I'm pretty sure you usually can't put some mp3 as your voicemail <_<

I'm fairly certain your voicemail is serviced by your phone provider and that the call is simply forwarded.

When I press voicemail on my phone, it dials outbound to a local number where it asks for my password.

With that said, most of you are posting BS.
