It has been mentioned before in the Martial Arts section but I think it deserves a second look:


Wow, incredible, there is a school not too far from my school, its seriously intriguing and certainly very interesting!

I don't see much of anything that looks fake in the first video besides a lot of just sparring. The punch that short fat guy does is one Bruce Lee perfected. Also learning techniques like this actually would help you in any kinda street fight situation. Just the fact you are training your mind for the possibilities of what your opponent may throw your way gives you a step up already. Must the people you'd fight with these techniques would be drunks anyways. :roll:

Most of the techniques go for pressure points.
