I was raised not drinking pop. I avoid it , juice ftw.

Juice is fairly bad as well from a nutritional point of view.

Short answer is too much sugar ( or rather all sugar ). Fruit =/= Store juice, very deceiving.

Most Juices are filled with Sugar and Artificial flavorings. All those that say "Made with 100% fruit Juice" mean that 100% fruit juice is used, but just a fraction and the end result is nearly all artificial. Want real juice? Get a juicer and buy some fruit. Oh and don't add sugar to sweeten it up. Last time I went to the Dentist other than to get the extractions, they told me not to drink any soda/juice/tap water anymore.

some times i think tap water tastes different.. and 32 water bottle for 3$ ... and i hear some times tap water is a problem.. is it really that much money to pay 3$ for 32 bottle of water ?

Tap isn't Cleaner than Bottled, they are almost equal in SOME locations. Here it's not the case. In face just 1 town over from here they found staff in the water..

so boil your water first, don't buy bottled water its a huge waste of money and bad for the environment.
