i call fake because the car stopped to soon for her position to be like in the ending. from the looks of it she shouldn't be on that side of the tire.

EDIT: what i'm going to say also is going to be graphic. she isn't even flattened 2 ton car vs rib cage. bones at most can take 1 ton and that's the strongest bone in your body (fyi that's not the rib cage). if you were to be run over your going to be squished and from the way she was laying it would of been under her rib cage (aka the squishy stuff).

Why would she just stop in the middle of the road, the car had enough time to see her, blood doesnt seem real, the way she went under the car doesnt really look real( she does like a backwards C onto the car normally you get pushed onto the hood or forward at that speed)
