yes and no, only the parents atm can prsss charges (which they are) but its being processed atm

On a serious note, let it go and let the police handle it. Don't get yourself hurt. Talk it over with your girlfriend and if she has feelings for you there is no reason to risk getting hurt. If she doesn't it's not worth risking your neck anyway.

I'm no cop and I'm from Australia, go figure). Chances are someone like him will get caught in the end, so justice will prevail ultimately. Your main concern should be keeping her safe, as opposed to trying to get him caught. It sounds like it could go very, very badly.
