First skill -> 4th book and up gives bleed which increases dmg by a decent amount
2nd skill -> Phy def buff (1st/3rd/5th book), really really usefull against str chars.
3rd skill -> Chains give 6 different statusses (sp lol) when you get the 5th/6th book, which all have a pretty good effect on the enemy.
4th skill -> It is pretty fast and does decent damage.
5th/6th skill -> knock down and stabs. It does high damage even though it is a physical attack. Just make sure you got imbue on when you use it. Also it gives you some protection since your enemy can't do shit when he's on the ground.
7th/8th skill -> Not sure which is which, one increases your phy dmg by lowering your phy def of your shield. The other is a sword dance which hits up to 3 targets. The buff is pretty useless for an int but the sword dance does alright for luring mobs.
9th skill -> Passive increases your overall block ratio.

So yeah Bicheon is a pretty good tree for ints.

The pure force char on the other hand does good damage but has no way to defend himself when he's out of snowshield because he can only stand and nuke. All a char has to do is tank his snowshield and then you're a sitting duck pretty much.
