Actually, this second portion is quite correct. Sae is obviously over excited and anxious about the second portion of her post, so in order for us to connect emotionally to what she's feeling she decided to type in all caps.

LOPLOLOLOLPLPLPLPLLOLOLOL is actually abbreviations of Laugh Over Pasta Like Only Lately On Lonely Old Llamas, Playing Ludicrous Poker Lovingly Protecting Larry's Pencil Lead Lining Of Lessons Over Lengthy Obscure Logs. Its a saying we'd say before each meeting of a club we were in during High School. It is an inside joke which you wouldn't get because you never showed up to the meetings.
