Actually its because joymax learned that Dom backtracked them and told them that consequences will never be the same again

Either the goldbots were banned due to dieing so much, or the gold companies realized they were getting nowhere with this new system and have stopped botting until they create a fix to avoid the statues.

I think it might DC ppl if they die by them. I've been DCed when I return to town after getting killed by it. Not all the time so maybe coincidence.
