You are not able to use payment options.

Recently a friend had given me an account, so I changed the password, switched it to my email. I have logged in and out of a few accounts that same day. But here is what happens, no matter which account I am logged into, I go to purchase silk, and agree to the terms and move to the next page. Then on this page, the one with all of the payment options, after a set time, of about 5-10 seconds, it comes up with the message “You are not able to use payment options. Please contact customer support center.” Whether I click on anything or not, and no matter which payment option I click, this message comes up.

I have tried to use a different computer, different internet. Let a friend try getting on my accounts from his computer, different browsers, proxies, ALL OF THAT.

What do i do??!?!? :'(

I have 3 times and EVERY time i get the same exact response.

We received your message regarding error message “You are not able to use payment options. Please contact customer support center” We are sorry for inconvenience. You got this error message because of your abnormal access to the webpage. Please use only the payment option that is only available to your country that you can see to your payment webpage to avoid some errors.

no matter the account i log on either, and if i log on to any of the accounts i have tried at home, on another computer, it still wont work

Why do you keep quoting yourself about the item mall error? You said you only get that error when trying to charge silk.

I know one person besides me got this problem, can any think of some possible solutions? I'm thinking that maybe this new month/renewal of silk charge history will help.

EDIT: Well, its a new month, and im still getting this error...

I got exactly the same error:S
I thought that it would be fixed automaticly but no..

What you need to do, is once the error appears, click ok, then instantly after, press stop(Esc) to stop loading the page. Then choose some payment option that you do not wish to use, click make payment, press Esc once again. Then go back and choose your payment method, click make payment, press Esc again. Choose the amount, click make payment, press Esc again. Then you should be at the page to verify, then click make payment once more. Then you should be good to go....

Hi that (esc) trick didn't work for me..
but I tried something myself and discovered a great trick:D
when you are at the page where you can select your payment options, select BEFORE the error comes "offline mode" of "work in offline mode" wathever.. and than make it online again..

Than it should work fine!!

tnx for replying anyway bacause otherwise I shoudn't have tried something else:D
