Wolf ?

Post by olivierd »

Hi guys, i'm a lvl 64 warrior on redsea and i'm handfarming my char. Since it's hard to find parties of my level i'm mostly training solo in dw stone cave.

Now I'm thinking bout buying a wolf of my level, do you guys think a wolf is usefull :?
And what would be a correct price for a wolf of level 60-65 ?

Thanks for your comments !

Would it be stupid to level a new wolf myself ? Or better buy expensive leveled wolf ?

normally people sell wolves that lvl for about 5-10m.

you'd save alot of time and maintenance costs for lvling it yourself
(especially grass of life)

a wolf deals about 2-3x more damage than fire/poison effect damage
with a crit 4-6x

I say get it. They can and will save your ass. Better for your wolf to die then you. Although they very rarely do. Yay massive HP! = p

Its best to buy a wolf early. At lv 40 or under, cos they're cheap then and it doesn't cost much to lvl one urself.

Seeing how you are farming you might as well lvl one from scratch. You might have to grind on lower mobs for a while though.

hm, wolves lvl up as quickly as somone on a -1 gap
killing many weak monsters will lvl it quicker than few strong ones
and they shouldn't have any AoE attacks, otherwise the wolf will just disappear from time to time.
means either cave bugs if he wants to get some exp as well or just slowly at 30-40 euro monsters.

I loved and cherished my pinguin as long as I played. Don't bring your pet to a crowded spot with aggro mobs though.

I agree with the rest. Wolves often save your char's a$s especially when hand-grinding. So recommended to get one. In our server wolf on that level ranges from 10-13 mil.
