If you hardly believe in something such as your Friday the 13th is going to be bad and something really bad is going to happen to you then yes you should be afraid of that day.
Nothing happens to me on these days especially nothing bad.

On the other hand everyone believes in something and that's what keeps us alive.

Can't say anything bad happened to met Yesterday (3am on the 14th here)... Pretty average day, went shopping, swimming... and Chill time.. Thats about it.

Kinda funny that some buildings don't have a 13th floor because superstitions. Its a different floor in other countries I hear.

Also I think they say worst things happen on full moons.

True, a bunch of Buildings here in Indonesia have a floor 12A and 12B some buildings just go from 12 - 14 completely skipping out the 13.

Yup, and in some cultures 4, 7 and 14 are also unlucky so they go like 1 2 3 5 6 8 9 10 11 12 15 16 etc.

I guess the boys name was also Thirteen Thirteen and he was the 13th child in the family and he was also born on Friday 13th at 13:13. :D
