Perseid meteor shower

Well last night was not as good as the first night, in my opinion. But the sky didnt seem as clear here either. So i guess it might have just been Jakarta.

Hope those in the Western Hemisphere get a good show tonight.

I just arrived home and was greeted enthusiastically by my little brothers who apparently were watching it. Cool stuff.

I just saw a whole bunch today. It was AWESOME. Everytime I saw one I would yell, "More, more more!"

Apparently in 4 and a half hours it the meteor rate will peak. For the West coast at least. Hopefully my alarm wakes me up. I want to see more

I was out for 6 hours last night, saw 3-5 awesome meteors and several smaller ones. As we were in rural area the light pollution was insignificant so we could see everything clearly. Unfortunately it started clouding at 3am, before that the main constellations were well seen too such as the meteors and satellites that ran across the sky. It was worthy spending the whole night out even though I am now having lids as heavy as lead and still have to work until this evening.
